About Us
Founded in February 2024 by David Hitchon and Andrew McKean, SBS Contracts was born out of a shared vision to deliver high-quality, reliable commercial construction services. With a combined experience of over 30 years in the industry, David and Andrew bring a wealth of expertise and a passion for craftsmanship to every project.
David, a skilled joiner with 20 years of experience in both commercial and domestic construction, has honed his skills in creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence is at the heart of the company's work.
Andrew, with over a decade of experience in housebuilding and commercial construction, complements David’s expertise with his deep understanding of project management, construction processes, and the ability to tackle large-scale projects. Together, they formed SBS Contracts to offer a comprehensive range of services that includes all trades, fit-outs, project management, and bespoke manufacturing.
From its humble beginnings, SBS Contracts has quickly built a reputation for delivering exceptional results on time and within budget.
